Our weekly Yoga For Fencers is reinventing itself. We're trying to get more fencers to class, so that they are in terrific shape for their upcoming competitions. AND for everyone else--the Total Yogis--we'll still have a nurturing combination of centering, pranayama (breath), warm-up, asanas (poses), cool-down, and restorative yoga. A two-for-one deal!
TIME: 75 minute class, 6:15-7:30 PM on Wednesday
SCHEDULE: Class will begin promptly at 6:15 with a bit of an accelerated pace so that everyone can experience centering, pranayama, warm-up of joints, 6 movements of the spine, asanas, and a brief, integrating savasana before 7:00 PM. At 7 PM, the fencers can go upstairs to fence! Total Yogis will stay for cool down poses, restorative yoga, and a longer savasana. Class will end at 7:30 PM.
